As a fully certified and accredited coach with International Coach Federation for over 10 years, Mike has not only worked with over 600 clients as a coach, he has designed coaching and menotorship programs for individual schools and districts of up to 12 000 students. Mike can lead individual or group coach development programs, or embed coaching skills into a comprehensive mentorship program. Mike will train your key leaders to become growth catalysts in your organization so that your leadership return will last for years beyond the initial project.
Teacher Professional Development

Mike can lead sessions that range in time from 3 hours to 3 days to work with your staff on tying classroom management, planning and assessment, and instructional strategies through to the powerful elements of leadership. Mike will sit down with your team to determine the outcomes of these sessions and to target the root cause of high performance.
